Condo-meant Buildings-Hold the Cheese

These two buildings are like shiny pennies in the eyes of developers in Brooklyn. The Old Dutch Mustard Building in Williamsburg up for sale again and the Heinz Ketchup building as scene from the window of some new lofts that the LOFTNINJA has for rent in Prospect Hts. In both cases, one could make a wise assumption and say that both are meant for condos in this market. Who will be the hot dog?
